Fitness testing is coming up soon in gym for the new marking period! For the first test, we are doing push-ups. Yikes! I may be able to bike up to 50miles, but I just, I can't bring my body to do 3 push-ups! Man, I really stink(like REALLY bad) at push-ups. My ankles are always sagging at the third push-up.So my dad decided(cuz he needs it too)that we would do planks(a set of workouts).
Yep. Twice a week. Because we are having mid-winter break (Friday through Tuesday) and gym is only on Mondays, I have a while to "train up". So Fitness Tests, here I come!
